| LIGHT AEROBIC EXERCISE CLASSES
When once
asked why she was coming out of her home in 19-degree weather, a woman who
frequently joined our exercise classes answered, "Well I need a reason to get out of bed in
the morning..."
If you asked her this same
question now, she would very likely have a different answer! Our exercise
classes are a great excuse to get out of the house, socialize with friends and
peers, and to generally feel better. Join our regularly scheduled, light
exercise classes (held twice per week), led by a trained physical education
