P-CAP offers complete pregnancy care to women who live in New York State, and the coverage is FREE! Depending on your income you can receive complete medical coverage during pregnancy, delivery and for at least two months after delivery. You may even be eligible even if you have health insurance.

Hospital care during pregnancy and delivery
